Prior to returning your booking form,
please call our office on 013873-75677 between 09.00 am and 3.00 pm
to enquire about availability of your selected tour(s). Our staff
will be only too willing to assist with any questions or enquiries
you may have. Check the price
of your holiday to see whether there is a hash (#) symbol present,
this signifies that a single room supplement applies, please call
for details.
Single rooms are in short
supply, please remember to book early to avoid disappointment.
Provisional bookings may be
made by telephone on 01387 375677. The provisional booking will be
held for a period not exceeding seven days (except by special
request). If we have not received your completed booking form by
this time your provisionally reserved holiday may be sold to someone
else without further notice.
Actual bookings must be made
by completing our booking form, which you can obtain from our office
or download from our website at
www.telfordscoaches.com/contact.htm . Please send
it or take it, with the appropriate deposit to 1 George Street,
Newcastleton, TD9 0QP* (DO NOT POST CASH, ONLY CHEQUES).
Travel insurance is
compulsory on all of our overnight holidays, the scale of
charges applicable are printed at the foot of the booking form, and
the premium must be included at the same time as the deposit . If
you do not require the travel insurance offered, please fill
in details of your own travel insurance, please include policy and
telephone numbers in the boxes provided. The deposit per person for
all our holidays is £40 per person. Once we have received your
deposit we will then send you your holiday confirmation invoice.
The balance due must be paid
to our office* at least 42 days before the holiday departure date.
Please note no further reminder to pay the balance will be sent.
After final payment has been received and then approximately 7 -10
days prior to the departure date we will forward to you your holiday
receipt confirmation; also included at this time will be your pick
up point, time and luggage labels. If you would like a receipt
before this time please enclose a S.A.E. with your final payment.
Please check the pick up point and time and print all details onto
the luggage labels provided; extra labels will be available from
your driver.
*For customers wishing to pay
cash special arrangements can normally be made. Please call for
further details. We do not accept payment by credit or debit card
and you cannot book our holidays through travel agents. The reason
for this is simple: the price you pay is for your holiday and we do
not see why you should have to pay an agents fee or a card
surcharge.
